By downloading or using Vintamatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Vintamatic is an instant-print-style camera app for iPhone. It lets you shoot photos, apply curated film looks, and build a fully customizable printed-photo frame around them, then export the result to your camera roll. All processing happens on your device.
Vintamatic does not require or offer account creation, sign-in, or any cloud-based identity. Everything you build and save in the app lives locally on your device.
Vintamatic offers optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Prices are shown at the time of purchase via the App Store's own purchase sheet. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies — we do not process refunds directly, since we never receive your payment information. You can restore a prior purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
Photos, frame styles, and prints you create in Vintamatic are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you create with the app, and since everything stays on your device, we never have access to it in the first place.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the app or its underlying assets (including the film-look presets and frame textures), except as permitted by Apple's own App Store terms.
Vintamatic is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintamatic and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
The Vintamatic name, icon, film look presets, frame textures, and app design are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vintamatic is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any instant-film or camera trademark holder.
Since there are no accounts, "termination" simply means you stop using or delete the app. Apple's own App Store terms govern your ability to re-download or restore purchases after removing the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll reflect material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
